We offer a unique fitness experience. A space where you can raise your heart rate with cardio, tone your muscles with weight training, work on your core with pilates, stretch your muscles with yoga and center your mind with meditation.
This studio was opened by a physician and a massage therapist ( <--that's Chelsea sitting in our studio!), whose goal was to create a space people would workout efficiently but also safely.
Because of the mix of classes we offer you'll sweat, stretch, strengthen and soothe your body and mind!
We provide yoga mats, towels, water, and motivation in a beautiful, serene environment. Wear comfortable workout clothing, and don’t forget your sneakers!
