Preparing for a little one's arrival?

Join us for our Prenatal Fitness Series that will not only physically strengthen and tone your body for birth, but it will mentally and emotionally prepare you for the changes ahead. 

This 7 class series will begin with an experience doula who will share how to best care for your body during pregnancy, throughout labor and even postpartum care. 

The following 6 classes will be alternate between  LIIT™ (Labor Intensive Interval Training) and Prenatal Yoga classes.  LIIT will teach how to achieve proper alignment and core activation while participating in cardio intervals and functional strength-training drills. While the Prenatal Yoga classes will help to relieve aches and pains many women experience during pregnancy, while also honing in on focused breathing.

The first class will begin on July 10th and will meet every Wednesday at 10:45 - 11:45 AM ending August 21st. The cost for this 7 class series is $150 and will be capped at 15 participants.
